Channel Sales Associate

Paychex seeks a Channel Sales Associate to build and grow relationships with referral partners and resellers in the finance and insurance space. In this role, you'll prospect and onboard partners, deliver product training, and drive sales of payroll, HR, and benefits solutions. You'll collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams, track partner performance, and support joint go-to-market efforts. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with channel partners to promote Paychex payroll, HR, and insurance solutions
• Prospect, onboard, and train referral partners and resellers in assigned territory
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to build joint sales strategies and campaigns
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and webinars for partners and their clients
• Track partner performance, pipeline, and revenue; report results and forecast opportunities
• Negotiate partner agreements within guidelines and ensure compliance with Paychex policies
• Provide ongoing partner support, resolving issues and coordinating resources as needed
• Stay current on industry, competitive offerings, and Paychex solutions to guide partner selling
