Maintain a continuous state of alertness to control and secure the facility and residents.;
Prepare shift documentation including shift reports, work orders, security reports, and unusual incidents.;
Perform radio checks and document results in the security log.;
Conduct frequent building patrols and counts to monitor residents and ensure security.;
Document disciplinary actions for rule violations and log accordingly.
