Provide customer service to clients, staff, patients, and/or visitors at a government healthcare location by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific post orders, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, corridors, waiting areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes, with working conditions varying by assignment.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to de-escalate conflict and/or direct individuals to appropriate resources.;
Control access by observing entry and exit activity, checking identification and/or authorization as required, and assisting with visitor processing per site policy.;
Complete detailed activity and incident reports, document unusual events, and communicate pertinent information to site representatives and Allied Universal leadership.
