Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities in a government healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor flow as assigned, assist with directions and de-escalation, and report suspicious or disruptive behavior per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site staff and/or public responders as needed;
Complete timely incident reports, activity logs, and other required documentation, and communicate significant issues to supervision following Allied Universal protocols
