Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Observation Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues through appropriate communication channels as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and building activity, verify authorized entry when required, and document daily events, observations, and/or incident details in accordance with site procedures.;
Support property operations by assisting with visitor directions, answering general questions, and reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
