Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Rounds

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, assigned post orders, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, assisting with sign-in procedures, directing individuals to the proper areas, and reporting policy violations or suspicious behavior;
Support a respectful environment within the shelter setting by interacting professionally with residents and visitors, de-escalating conflicts when appropriate, and contacting emergency services and/or supervisors as needed
