Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a government services location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, entry points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with screening and sign-in processes when required, and report unusual behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel;
Support a respectful environment by interacting professionally with staff, visitors, residents, and/or members of the public while following post instructions and established protocols
