Security Officer Residential

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, following location protocols, and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document relevant activity in required reports;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, observing conditions and reporting suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations;
Monitor access to the location by checking identification, directing visitors, and/or helping to control entry and exit activity in accordance with site requirements;
Support a professional environment by assisting staff, visitors, and occupants with questions, de-escalating tense situations when possible, and helping to deter unauthorized activity
