Security Officer Patrol

Position: Security Officer Full Time Patrol
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare and housing location.;
Respond to incidents, behavioral health concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, while communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access to the location by observing arrivals and departures, documenting unusual activity, and reporting maintenance, environmental, and/or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.;
Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities, and support a respectful, customer-focused presence for individuals who may be experiencing mental health and/or housing-related challenges.
