Security Officer Patrol Steward

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and established emergency response activities at a government services location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site leadership and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, common areas, entry points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions or security-related concerns.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity in accordance with post orders and support orderly operations, access control, and compliance with location rules and expectations.;
Provide visible support during resident interactions and high-traffic periods using de-escalation techniques, verbal communication, and customer service skills to address concerns and/or direct individuals to appropriate onsite resources.
