Security Officer Patrol Specialist

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare and housing environment;
Respond to incidents, behavioral health situations, and critical events in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, following site protocols and reporting requirements;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and observe activity within the location, documenting incidents and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed;
Support a respectful and welcoming atmosphere by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and reporting maintenance, access, and/or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel
