Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures at a government location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior to designated contacts;
Perform duties associated with an armed post, including maintaining professional firearm handling practices in accordance with laws and Allied Universal policies
