Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the shelter location, including common areas, entry points, and perimeter areas, while observing and reporting unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns;
Monitor access to the location by verifying authorized entry, assisting with visitor directions, and helping to deter unauthorized persons from restricted areas;
Support a respectful environment by assisting with de-escalation, following post orders, and reporting policy violations, hazards, and/or resident concerns to appropriate personnel
