Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Backup

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter spaces, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access;
Monitor access to the location by observing arrivals and departures, verifying permissions when required, and reporting policy violations, suspicious behavior, and/or maintenance concerns;
Support a respectful environment within the shelter setting by providing directions, de-escalating tense interactions when possible, and following post orders for resident and visitor-related concerns
