Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures and location-specific policies;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, parking lots, trailer yards, warehouses, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and deliveries and verify credentials, logs, and site access requirements;
Support daily operations at a busy logistics and distribution location by observing site activity and reporting hazards or unusual conditions
