Security Officer Transitional Housing

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the property, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor resident and visitor movement, verify authorized access where required, and assist with maintaining order during intake, visitation, and/or shift changes at the location.;
Support shelter operations by communicating professionally with residents and staff, assisting with de-escalation when needed, and following post orders for incident reporting, emergency notifications, and other security-related duties
