Position: Security Officer Hospital Patrol  Specialist
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a public healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with staff, visitors, and/or public agency personnel as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and observe visitor and staff movement in accordance with location protocols, reporting concerns and/or suspicious activity to the proper contacts.;
Document incidents, patrol activities, and/or notable observations in required reports, and assist with directing people during medical, weather, and/or other emergency situations.
