Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, exterior grounds, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and observe visitor, tenant, and contractor activity in accordance with site procedures; report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel;
Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and maintain required daily activity logs and/or patrol documentation;
Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner
