Security Officer Hospital Patrol Officer

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and other individuals by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a public healthcare location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, common areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, assisting with directions and reporting suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.;
Prepare accurate reports and maintain required logs related to incidents, patrols, access activity, and other security-related observations.;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disruptive behavior, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
