Security Officer Hospital Patrol Officer

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disruptive behavior, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols of assigned buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and assist with maintaining orderly movement throughout the facility.;
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site personnel.
