Security Guard Transitional Shelter

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a shelter setting.;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site personnel and/or emergency services as directed.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior areas, entrances, common spaces, and exterior perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points, observe visitor and resident activity, verify authorization as required by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.;
Support a respectful, professional environment by communicating clearly with individuals from diverse backgrounds and escalating concerns according to established protocols.
