Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a shelter setting.;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, common areas, residential floors, and the surrounding perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points, verify visitor authorization in accordance with site policies, and maintain awareness of individuals entering and leaving the location.
