Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, office spaces, entry points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report suspicious or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.;
Complete required reports, daily activity logs, and incident documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
