Provide customer service to transit passengers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, service disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, stations, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.;
Monitor access points and assist with directing passengers and visitors in accordance with location procedures.;
Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and communicate observations to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
