Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the shelter location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas, as assigned.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required by site procedures, and report unauthorized access or unusual activity.;
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity in accordance with site-specific policies and Allied Universal reporting procedures.
