Nations Roof is hiring a Skilled Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead commercial service and repair work throughout NJ and NY.

This is a leadership role for an experienced commercial roofer ready to run service calls, lead a helper, and grow professionally within a stable, national company.

If you're currently a production foreman looking to transition into steady service work with more autonomy and less production pressure - this is an excellent opportunity.

What You'll Do

* Run commercial roof service calls, inspections, and leak investigations

* Diagnose and repair EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen & coating systems

* Lead and mentor a helper/secondary technician onsite

* Manage service jobs from start to finish

* Communicate directly with customers

* Document work using company software (training provided)

This is dedicated to service and repair projects on a small team - not large roof replacement projects.

What We're Looking For

* Commercial roofing experience (low-slope preferred)

* Strong leak diagnosis and repair experience

* Ability to work independently and manage service calls

* Experience leading or mentoring a helper

* Strong communication skills

* Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for reporting

* Valid driver's license with clean driving record

* Ability to follow OSHA safety standards

* Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred:

* 5+ years of commercial roofing experience

* Previous experience as a production foreman looking to transition into service

* Bilingual (English/Spanish)
