Perform daily inspections of mechanical equipment and building systems;
Inspect and maintain heating systems, including boilers, pumps, fire and water sides, and heating units;
Assist with plumbing maintenance and repairs, including toilets, sinks, water fountains, sewer lines, and related fixtures;
Assist in basic electrical maintenance and the upkeep of air conditioning units under appropriate supervision;
Perform general building maintenance, including sheetrock installation, taping, painting, tile work, grouting, and wallpapering
