Troubleshoot and repair light electrical and plumbing systems;
Perform HVAC troubleshooting and servicing including cleaning units and replacing filters;
Make repairs to damaged sheetrock and perform finish work/painting;
Adjust windows, doors and locks; assemble/repair/install room furniture; complete work orders for occupied client rooms
