You will play a hands-on role in restoring and transforming commercial and residential properties across the region. Prepare walls, ceilings, and structural surfaces for smooth plastering and painting application.

Apply structural plaster, patch damaged drywall, and execute seamless skim coating tasks.

Apply interior and exterior finishes using professional brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.

Mix and match paints, stains, and specialized surface coatings to achieve exact design finishes.

Repair surface cracks, holes, and substrate flaws before applying final coats.

Protect client furniture, flooring, and surrounding spaces prior to work execution.

Maintain a clean, organized work area while adhering to all established safety guidelines.

3 to five years of proven experience in commercial and residential plastering and painting.

Strong practical knowledge of surface prep, plaster application, patchwork, and skim coating.

Proficiency with specialized painting tools, surface restoration equipment, and spraying setups.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and execute manual labor.

Access to reliable transportation to ensure punctual daily site attendance.

Ability to communicate effectively and execute site project instructions accurately.

Active OSHA certification or formal safety training on active construction sites.

Broad experience with specialized high-end residential finish techniques.

Previous exposure to commercial renovation environments across the NYC area.

Competitive hourly pay rate of $20.00 to $24.00 based on experience.
