Vocational Evaluation Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Vocational Evaluation Supervisor to lead a team responsible for assessing work readiness, vocational skills, and employment potential for individuals participating in a workforce development program.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Vocational Evaluators and support staff
• Oversee vocational assessments and Individualized Vocational Assessment Plans (IVAPs)
• Review case documentation and ensure compliance with program requirements
• Monitor staff productivity and program outcomes
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and support audit readiness
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support participant success
• Provide coaching, training, and performance management to staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) required
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with vocational assessments, workforce development, or rehabilitation services
• Strong documentation, organizational, and leadership skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
