This full-time position in the Bronx, NY, involves providing trauma-informed counseling services to individuals and families affected by intimate partner violence (IPV). The role requires collaboration with a team and flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in trauma-informed domestic violence services
• Experience with abuse/batterer intervention programming
• Knowledge of child development and trauma-informed practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications:

• Licensure or on track for licensure; LCSW preferred
• Experience with NYC child welfare involved families
• Understanding of New York's domestic violence service system
• Ability to function independently and within a team
• Experience with client-centered engagement approaches
