We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:
Rehabilitative CounselorThe Certified Rehabilitative Counselor (CRC) for the Career Access Program will play a key role in supporting individuals with disabilities by providing vocational rehabilitation and workforce development services. The CRC will assess clients' abilities, interests, and needs, then develop and implement Individualized Career Plans (ICP) tailored to each client's goals. Additionally, this position will involve supervising and mentoring the Economic Empowerment Specialist, ensuring seamless coordination of services to help clients achieve economic independence and employment success.
Career Access program is a community outreach initiative designed to offer vocational rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Vocational Rehabilitation, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities in a vocational rehabilitation, career counseling, or workforce development setting.
- Certification as a Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) from the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC) is preferred.
- Previous experience in supervising or mentoring staff, particularly in disability services or workforce development, is highly preferred.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong understanding of disability services, vocational rehabilitation practices, and workforce development strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, employers, and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to develop individualized career plans and provide targeted counseling and guidance.
- Knowledge of local employment resources, job training programs, and accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
- Knowledge of group behavior and dynamics, societal trends and influences, human migrations, ethnicity, and cultures and their history and origins.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
