Residential Aide

VIP Community Services seeks a Residential Aide to support adults in our supportive housing programs in the Bronx. In this onsite role, you will monitor resident safety, provide daily living assistance, and reinforce house rules while fostering a respectful, recovery-oriented environment. You will assist with appointments and transportation, document interactions and incidents, and collaborate with clinical and case management teams.

This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on underserved populations while gaining experience in behavioral health, housing support, and integrated social services.
