MSW Intern

Job Title

Provide initial intake, assessment, planning and ongoing case management with students.

Provide individual and group counseling and crisis intervention as needed.

Conduct workshops with staff.

Develop resources and linkages to meet.

Assist in carrying out other aspects of the program including refresher trainings.

Assist in making sure P2P meetings are scheduled, documented and held.

Attend workshops and trainings.

Perform statistical, narrative and record keeping duties as required.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in social work required.

Current enrollment in Master's level Behavioral Health Program (e.g. MSW, MFT etc....).

Must have experience working with adolescents/young adults individually and in groups.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must be able to work cohesively as part of an inter-disciplinary team.

Must have a commitment to work from a strength-based and/or youth development perspective.
