CDL B Drivers are urgently needed by large distribution companies seeking exceptional truck drivers with customer service and route delivery expertise.
We are looking for individuals who can efficiently collect, sort, and process containers using reverse vending systems. By doing so, they contribute to a more sustainable planet by facilitating recycling and reducing waste.
Job Details:
- Role: CDL B Driver
- Shift: 06:00 a.m. to completion, Monday through Friday
- Compensation:
Average weekly salary with overtime: $1680
- Location:
Bronx, NY
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the vehicle is operated safely and in compliance with OSHA (Occupational and Safety Health Act), DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, and all local, state, and federal laws.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle and document checks using the standard DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report).
- Immediately report any unsafe situations, service-related issues, incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage to the Route Manager or Dispatch.
-Follow the internal policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Good driving record.
- At least 2 years’ experience as a CLASS B driver
- Available to work 40-60 hours a week
