- Team Werner is a division meant to reward those that are consistently safe, productive, and courteous. While in this elite team division, you are eligible for additional mileage incentives meant to reward your hard-work and determination to keep America moving!

* Team trucks are the newest in the fleet averaging a year or less

* Nearly 70% drop & hook
- All no touch!

* Single source dispatch and load planning

* Hauling general commodities across all 48 states

Requirements

* Must be at least 21 years of age

* Must have a safe driving record

* Must have good work history

* Must be able to fulfill the physical demands of the job

* Must meet DOT requirements and pass a DOT physical, which includes substance screening

* Must have 9 months of recent team driving experience

* Teammates must live within 150 miles of each other

* No more than 1 preventable accident in the rolling 12 months

* Valid Class A CDL
