You will apply engineering principles & analytical techniques to establish and continuously improve manufacturing processes and products.

What you'll do...
* Troubleshoot machinery, robot, automation, and controls issues and downtime
* Use Factory Information Systems (FIS), plant monitoring software, to review cycle times of equipment, review and follow up project installations.
* Reprogram equipment for engineering changes and improvements
* Update program backups for machinery and automation
* Program new installations of automation, machinery, material handling, and robots
* Review risk assessments as part of a team evaluating equipment safety.
* Working with Programmable Logic and Controls (PLC)
* Siemens and Modicon programming
* Independently troubleshoot all equipment and continuously evaluate equipment for improvement for quality and delivery
* Works with PLC/Computer Numerical Control (CNC) - Siemens
* Works with ABB robot
* Read and modify electrical prints and schematics, Auto CAD
What you'll do...
