We're hiring dedicated, dependable Home Health Aides (HHA) for permanent, ongoing positions—no PRN or occasional work. This role is ideal for caregivers who want a steady, meaningful engagement with clients and are ready to take on consistent daily shifts providing complete assistance with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support using a Hoyer lift for safe transfers.
Our 24/7 support model ensures you’re never alone in the field and always backed by a responsive, reliable office team.
Schedule:
9:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Any day between Monday and Saturday. This is a great opportunity for caregivers seeking a consistent short morning shift while making a meaningful difference in a client’s daily life.
- Provide complete assistance with all ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Perform safe Hoyer lift transfers and provide full mobility support for the client.
- Assist with meal preparation and provide medication reminders as directed.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to ensure client comfort, dignity, and well-being.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to supervisors or case managers.
- Follow the established care plan and maintain clear communication with the care team.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum one (1) year of documented home care assistance or direct care experience at an assisted living or skilled nursing facility is preferred.
- Preferred:
Successful completion of a nursing assistant or certified home health aide program. - Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x‑ray.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance (proof of insurance required).
- Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the client’s mobility. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Self‑directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
- Ability to adhere to HIPAA and ensure confidentiality and security of the client’s medical information.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively.
