• Act as liaison between Sales, Purchasing and Warehouse personnel to resolve issues and problems.
• Schedule basic transportation needs and communicate with truck drivers for standard shipping.
• Maintain knowledge of customer-specific transportation requirements and the SFC/P-copy process.
• Maintain accurate system updates for all truck loads and ensure timely processing for designated commodities.
• Understand the work order process and deliver work orders to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare professional emails, memorandums, correspondence, reports, and ad hoc documentation to support daily operations.
• Handle high-volume communication with clarity, accuracy and follow-through.
• Participate in and comply with Health, Safety, Quality and lean initiatives and requirements.
• Complete all duties in a safe manner and wear PPE when required.
• Assist in other duties to support operations, as requested by supervisor or manager.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of planner/scheduler work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong working knowledge of MASS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, reach and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to read and write English and perform basic math.
• Basic computer knowledge for data entry.
• Strong safety mindset.

Preferred Requirements

• One year of customer service experience.
• Completion of, or progress toward, a two-year degree.
