Job Summary
Branch Banking Leader responsible for coaching a high‑performing branch team to meet and exceed performance targets through sales coaching, client experience, and operational excellence. The role focuses on coaching to sales, revenue growth, operational integrity, and delivering high level client service.

Job Responsibilities- Drive market growth of primary client relationships and achieve growth targets in deposits, loans, and non‑interest income by actively seeking and delivering the right client introductions.
- Create and execute business development plans, support partner‑produced sales and branch initiatives, and provide training and coaching to branch teams on engaging effectively to meet targets.
- Foster a positive environment for branch teams and clients, manage talent functions (employment, performance evaluations, staff development, disciplinary actions, succession planning) and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Deliver client engagement and education using available tools and systems, analyze and resolve operational and client satisfaction issues, and maintain exceptional client experience culture.
- Promote disciplined risk management, help teams identify and mitigate reputational, regulatory, employee, and client risks, and ensure adherence to all bank policies and regulations.
- Conduct special projects and additional duties as required.
- Education:
High School diploma or equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC). - Experience:
Minimum 6 years overall branch sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Undergraduate degree (4‑year or equivalent).

CompensationPay Range: $59,085.00 – $99,485.00. Potential variable incentives, bonuses, commissions, or other awards included.
