- Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Team‑first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
- Blueprint and execute full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
- Conduct quality reassembly to ensure fit and finish.
- Work as a team to move cars through efficiently.
- Keep the work area clean and maintain safety.
- Handle panel and structural work to return vehicles to factory specs.
- Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000.
