Responsibilities
- Engaging with residents and supporting activities of daily living.
- Assisting with personal care routines such as bathing and hygiene.
- Helping residents prepare for and attend meals, activities, and appointments.
- Providing support for various daily needs as required.
- STNA certification required for STNA roles; no certification needed for Resident Care Companion positions.
- Experience in senior living is helpful but not mandatory.
- Must have a cheerful disposition, positive outlook, and genuine love for seniors.
- Flexible shifts, including day, evening, overnight, and every other weekend.
