Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and professional Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming sales inquiries, showroom visitors, and service requests. You will work closely with the Sales and Service departments to ensure excellent customer service and assist in generating sales leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all incoming sales and service appointment inquiries via phone and internet.
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments to maximize customer engagement.
  • Coordinate questions and concerns with appropriate department personnel.
  • Track sold vehicles and maintain hot sheets.
  • Confirm special order parts and assist with follow-up on sales leads.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage required paperwork and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to Sales and Service teams.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles preferred.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is a plus.
  • Professional, dependable, and friendly attitude.
