Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific access control procedures, credential verification steps, and other security-related policies for a technology-focused location.;
Monitor entrances, lobbies, and/or restricted areas to help support authorized entry, visitor processing, badge handling, and related documentation in line with post instructions.;
Respond to incidents, access issues, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including communicating with site contacts and emergency responders when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with attention to doors, access points, and other sensitive areas where working environments and conditions may vary by location.
