Experienced Heavy Duty Technician - Field

Join the Pro Lift Toyota Material Handling Service Team!

Pro Lift Toyota Material Handling is seeking an experienced Field Heavy Duty Technician to provide world‑class maintenance and repair services to all classes of equipment larger than 15,500 lb capacity and yard spotter equipment at customer locations.

We're looking for professionals who take pride in solving problems, delivering exceptional customer service, and working independently.

• Diagnose, repair, and service heavy duty equipment such as Toyota Heavy Duty, Combi Lift, Aisle‑Master, and Taylor Dunn
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, engine, drivetrain, and electronic systems
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance
• Utilize manufacturer diagnostic software
• Complete accurate service documentation
• Recommend repairs that improve customer uptime and equipment reliability
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Pro Lift professionally

• 1+ years of experience repairing industrial equipment, heavy equipment, automotive diesel, agricultural, or material handling equipment, required
• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• Technical school education, preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Experience with diagnostic software, preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record (may require medical certificate or CDL)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 lbs and work in various environments such as outdoor rain or snow conditions

• Toyota Heavy Duty, Combi Lift, Aisle‑Master, Taylor‑Dunn repair experience
• ASE, EVT, or OEM certifications
• Welding and fabrication experience
• Battery electric and lithium‑ion equipment
