Provide operational leadership to the field execution team and subcontractors as part of a medium-sized project team.
Plan and coordinate daily and long-range work activities so that projects progress efficiently and safely.

Conduct or support toolbox meetings and other safety or training sessions to ensure staff are informed, competent, and qualified to perform their work.
Maintain a hazard-free work environment by identifying risks, implementing corrective actions, and reinforcing safe work practices.
Use project management and construction software (including MS Project, Procore, Sage, and Bluebeam) for scheduling, documentation, reporting, and coordination.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress documentation, compliance records, and financial tracking as required.
Identify issues, delays, or conflicts during construction and implement effective solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate and oversee ground-up construction, office fit-outs, and renovation projects ranging from approximately $500,000 to $20 million, with a focus on projects in the $3-5 million range.
Support estimation and planning activities as needed, including reviewing drawings, quantities, and scope for constructability and accuracy.
Ensure that clean room, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and biopharma projects meet the specialized technical and cleanliness requirements associated with these environments.
Collaborate with internal teams to support professional development, training, and continuous improvement within the field organization.
Essential Skills
