* Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the construction process, ensuring expectations are managed and issues are addressed promptly.
* Use project management and construction software tools, including MS Project, Procore, Sage, and other digital platforms, for scheduling, reporting, documentation, and coordination.

* Prepare and maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, safety documentation, and compliance records.
* Identify potential risks, delays, or issues early and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track and aligned with client and company goals.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, including estimating, project management, and accounting, to ensure alignment on scope, budget, and schedule.
* Support continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned, contributing to best practices, and participating in professional development and training opportunities.
