Candlewood Lake Elementary School is seeking excellent ABA Para Educators to join our team!

Position Type:
Full-Time - Including Summer School
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist classroom teachers in supporting special needs students' learning and development.
* Provide one-on-one support for students with diverse learning needs.
* Assisting with communication, social skills development, and daily living skills.
* Monitor and manage student behavior to ensure a positive learning environment.
* Implementing behavior interventions as directed by a BCBA or special education teacher.
* Collecting data on student behaviors and progress.
Qualifications:
* Strong interest in working with students and making a positive impact in their educational journey.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
* Patience, dedication, and a passion for education.
* At least 60 college credits or have taken and passed the Para Pro exam.
