You’ll design everything from custom homes to specialty steel components, collaborate closely with licensed Professional Engineers, and take on responsibilities that truly strengthen your technical foundation.

• Conduct field visits, walkthroughs, and existing-conditions assessments
• Perform structural analysis and design for:
• • Custom single-family homes
  • Renovations, additions, and repairs
  • New construction
  • Specialty engineering for steel fabricators
• Produce clear, accurate structural drawings and documentation using AutoCAD
• Complete construction-phase inspections to verify compliance with design intent
• Coordinate directly with clients, contractors, architects, and internal team members to keep projects on track

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (structural emphasis preferred)
• 1–4 years of structural engineering experience
• Strong understanding of structural materials and systems, including:
• steel, cold-formed steel, engineered wood, masonry, aluminum, concrete foundations, and retaining walls
• Experience performing structural analysis and conducting pre- and post-construction site visits
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a Permanent position based out of Brookfield, CT.

The pay range for this position is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00/yr.
