Greenfield Global is seeking a Senior People & Culture Generalist to join our Brookfield, CT team. You will deliver front-line employee lifecycle support, advise leaders, and partner with P&C Centers of Excellence to ensure compliant, people-first solutions.
You’ll manage onboarding, performance processes, and day-to-day HR operations for approximately 200–250 employees across multiple sites, while upholding Greenfield Global’s values of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
